How to register with norelem
Follow these steps to create your personal account and enjoy all the benefits.
Start setting up an creation: Click on "My account" at the top of the website screen next to the search field. Here you will find the "Register" button.
Enter your data: Enter your personal details and company information into the form. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Then click on "Next".
Select account type: In the next step, you can select between two account types:°
- Customer account: For full access to all functions and to order directly from the online shop.
- CAD account: If you only need access to product information and CAD data.
Identifying as an existing customer: If you select a customer account , please indicate whether your company has already been a customer with us. If in doubt, select "Existing customer".
Finalize registration: After you have completed the last step, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder.
Assign a password: Click on the confirmation link in the email to set a personal password. It may then take 5-10 minutes for your account to be fully activated.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to order directly as a private individual via our website.

Your previous login details are still valid. After logging into to the new shop for the first time, you will automatically be asked to enter a new password. For this, you will immediately receive an email with a link. Once you have set up a new password, you can use all the functions of the customer portal without restrictions.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your account details or the account itself directly in your customer section or transfer it to another person.

Go to "My account" (top right) and click on the tab "Have you forgotten your password?".
Enter your email address as described and click on "Reset password".
Look in your email inbox. You will receive an email with a link to reset.
Follow the instructions in the email, click on the link, create a new password, confirm it and update it.
Forgotten password or no account access? Use the "Forgot your password?" option on the login page.

Your account may be a restricted CAD account. This means that you can download CAD data, but you cannot place orders.
To use all functions (including placing orders), you must upgrade your account free of charge:
You can then use all the functions of a fully-fledged online account and place orders.
How to request a written quotation:
Many companies require a written quotation for their ordering processes. Use our "Request a quote" tool directly in the online shop.
Prerequisite: You must be registered on the norelem website and logged into your online account.
The process:
Order history and repeat orders
All orders placed on your account can be found in the "Order history" area.
Here, all important documents, from the order confirmation to the delivery note, are stored.
Save time: You can place any previous order again directly with just a few clicks, without having to add the products to your shopping basket individually.
View order documents
All important documents relating to your previous orders can be found in your online account under "Order history",
where you can simply select the relevant order.
International deliveries
Currently, only different delivery addresses within the country are available in the online shop.
For deliveries abroad please contact our customer service directly at°e-commerce@norelem.de.You can find all the key details on designs and CAD data directly in the respective product page. The CAD models are available to you in various views such as 3D or 2D as well as with extensive filter options.
The sticky icon is a practical additional function: This cube icon always remains visible on the right-hand side of the screen, even when you scroll. You can use this icon to quickly enter the article number and go directly to the desired CAD model at any time.

Find a product via image search°
You can use the image search to easily find the right product by uploading a photo. Our innovative AI analyzes the image and immediately provides you with a selection of suitable items from the norelem range.
