Shipment conditions
more convenient, efficient, faster
The prices are in CHF ex works, excluding packaging, plus value-added tax. The prices valid on the day of delivery will be charged. We reserve the right to change prices. Bank charges are at the expense of the client.
Minimum quantity surcharges
If the batch value is below 15 CHF: cost contribution of 20 CHF
If the batch value is below 30 CHF: cost contribution of 10 CHF
If you do not select a shipping method, the most cost-effective means of transportation will be chosen. All shipments are covered by transport insurance. The flat fee of at least CHF 13.95 for packaging and transport insurance is borne by the purchaser. Shipping is done ex works.

Packaging is calculated at net cost price. All used packaging material that is returned will not be accepted. We predominantly use recyclable and environment friendly fillers.
- Our invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of invoice. For payments within 10 days we offer 2% discount on the invoice amount provided that all invoices have been paid.
We reserve the right to request payment in advance instead of a billing notice! - Credit card (Mastercard and Visa)
In principle, goods that have been sold and delivered correctly will not be taken back. Exceptions can only be made in special cases with prior agreement. The returned goods must be undamaged, functional, complete, and in perfect packaging, accompanied by a delivery/return note. Custom-made products, non-stock items, and material cuttings cannot be returned and are excluded from the right of return.
